password reset mail does not show up well

When i forgot my password, i requested to reset it. Using my on-line mail account, i could not find the link to reset it. I had to log in on my Iphone to access the link in the same e-mail. Maybe worth investigating what went wrong and add it to FAQ if i am not the only one?
