password reset mail does not show up well

Feature Request

When i forgot my password, i requested to reset it. Using my on-line mail account, i could not find the link to reset it. I had to log in on my Iphone to access the link in the same e-mail. Maybe worth investigating what went wrong and add it to FAQ if i am not the only one?

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for your feedback. Is the “Reset Password” button completely missing in the email you received? And if so, which mail client are you using?

    Maybe could you provide a screenshot of the email?
